By accessing the Site, signing up for our email list, using our AI tools, or purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Relatable Truth Teller is a pattern-recognition and boundary-setting framework. It is not:

Our content, tools, AI-powered apps, and frameworks are provided for educational and personal-clarity purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on TRTT content, products, or tool outputs.

3. Digital Products and Sales

All products, tools, and resources sold through our Site or through our Stan Store (stan.store/RelatableTruthHub) are digital only. No physical items will be shipped.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a product you have purchased, contact us at therelatabletruthteller@yahoo.com and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include re-sending the product.

4. AI-Powered Tools

Some of our free and paid products include AI-powered tools such as quizzes, calculators, clarity apps, pattern-spotting tools, and digital assistants (collectively, "AI Tools"). This includes but is not limited to:

• Talk to Clarity AI voice agent (powered by ElevenLabs)
• Any future AI-powered tools we release

AI Tools are provided for:

• Emotional-clarity support

AI Tools do NOT replace professional, medical, legal, or mental-health advice. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for how you choose to use any insights or information generated by the tools.

TRTT is not liable for decisions, interpretations, or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI Tool outputs for any specific purpose.

Voice Agent Disclosure: When you interact with the Talk to Clarity voice agent, your conversations are recorded, stored, and processed by ElevenLabs, a third-party AI service provider. By using the voice agent, you consent to this recording and processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. License and Use of Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from TRTT, you are granted one (1) personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal purposes.

You may NOT:

• Share, resell, or redistribute our products
• Give copies to other people
• Upload or post digital files online
• Claim any TRTT content as your own
• Use TRTT content to train AI models or build competing products
• Use TRTT content for commercial purposes without written permission

Violations may result in immediate revocation of access and additional legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, content, frameworks, graphics, schema, digital materials, AI tool outputs in their templated form, and The Receipts Framework™ methodology are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Relatable Truth Teller™ and Reality & Receipts Pod™ are trademarks of the sole proprietorship operating this business.

TRTT retains full ownership of all products, content, and intellectual property. No part of our content may be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content to us (including through our review form), you grant TRTT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and educational purposes. We may use your first name and last initial alongside your review. We will not share your full name, email, or contact information publicly without your explicit consent.

You agree that any content you submit:

• Is your own original content
• Does not infringe on anyone else's rights
• Is truthful and reflects your actual experience
• Does not include confidential information about third parties

8. Email Communications

By submitting your email through our Site (via the email pop-up, free product signups, or purchases), you consent to receive emails from us related to:

• Your purchase or free tool access
• Product updates and improvements
• Clarity resources and educational content
• Optional offers and announcements

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

9. No Guarantees

Your results with any TRTT product, tool, or framework may vary. We do not guarantee any emotional, personal, relational, financial, or behavioral outcome. The frameworks we teach are tools for clarity. What you do with that clarity is your decision and your responsibility.

Our Site and products integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Stan Store (payment processing and product delivery)
• ElevenLabs (AI voice agent infrastructure)

• Google Search Console (search visibility data)

• Supabase (email signup storage)
• Printify (merchandise fulfillment, where applicable)
• Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook (social media platforms)

Each of these services has its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party services. By using features that rely on these services, you also agree to their respective terms.

11. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Download errors
• User device limitations
• Internet connectivity problems
• Issues caused by third-party platforms (Stan Store, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Service interruptions outside our control

If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact us and we will re-send the product.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRTT, its owner, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, our products, or our AI Tools. This includes but is not limited to damages for emotional distress, relational outcomes, financial losses, or any decisions made based on our content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our products is to discontinue use.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRTT and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products and content.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
