- Voice conversation data when you interact with our Talk to Clarity AI voice agent (see Section 3 for details)

- Site usage data through Google Analytics (pages visited, time on Site, referral source, general geographic location, device type)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies used by Google Analytics and our Site infrastructure
- Search performance data through Google Search Console (which searches led visitors to our Site)
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect or store your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Stan Store and its payment processors.
- We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide.
- We do not collect information from children under 18. Our Site and products are intended for adults.
3. AI Voice Agent (Talk to Clarity) — Special Disclosure
Our Talk to Clarity voice agent at therelatabletruthteller.com/talk-to-clarity is powered by ElevenLabs, a third-party AI voice technology provider.
When you use the voice agent:
- Your conversation is recorded. The voice agent captures both your voice input and the AI's responses.
- Recordings are stored by ElevenLabs. Conversation data is held on ElevenLabs' servers per their data retention practices.
- Recordings may be processed for service operation. This may include using the data to operate the voice agent, improve service quality, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- TRTT does not have direct access to your individual conversations. We see aggregated usage patterns, not individual conversation transcripts.
Before using the voice agent, you must click "Accept" on a consent popup that discloses recording. If you do not consent, please do not use the voice agent.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

Email subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe. Purchase records are retained per applicable tax and business record-keeping requirements (typically 7 years).
